Smart Electricians is a proud Kiwi, family‑owned business built on hard work, loyalty, and a commitment to doing things the right way. Led by Director Aaron Rogers, our team brings together decades of hands‑on experience, technical expertise, and a genuine passion for helping people feel confident and cared for in their homes and businesses. Aaron’s journey began in 1998 when he left Whangarei Boys’ High School to join the Royal New Zealand Navy. It was there, in a disciplined and demanding environment, that he began his trade—first in marine engineering, then specializing in marine electrical work. Those early years shaped his work ethic, attention to detail, and dedication to high standards. After four years of service, Aaron realized Navy life wasn’t where he wanted to stay. He moved ashore and joined an electrical company in Mt Eden—a decision that would shape the next 17.5 years of his career. During that time, he built deep industry knowledge, earned the trust of clients and colleagues, and developed the reputation for reliability and integrity that Smart Electricians is known for today. Smart Electricians is more than just Aaron. It’s a growing team of skilled professionals who share his values: honesty, craftsmanship, and genuine care for the people we serve.
